Health and Pharmacy Insurance

Medical and pharmaceutical coverage is provided by Priority Health. PACE Southeast Michigan offers both HMO and PPO medical benefit plans for employees and their families.

Vision Insurance

EyeMed has a network of thousands of independent and retail providers. Our plan covers an annual exam ($10 co-pay) plus generous allowances toward both the cost of contacts AND eyeglasses.

Dental Insurance

Smile! Our Delta Dental plan allows employees and their families the freedom to use any provider they choose, and reduces out-of-pocket expenses from in-network PPO providers.

Disability Coverage

PACE Southeast Michigan provides short- and long-term disability benefits, plus basic life and accidental death or dismemberment insurance. Employees may also purchase additional life insurance for themselves or their dependents at group rates. Other voluntary benefits include accident and critical illness insurance.

Flexible Spending Account/Health Savings Account

Flexible Spending Accounts are a tax-saving way to pay health care and dependent care expenses that you would typically pay out of pocket. Your contributions will be deducted from your paycheck in equal amount each pay period BEFORE taxes are deducted. Save 30-40% a year on eligible expenses!

Retirement Savings 

PACE Southeast Michigan offers a 401(k) matching program to help prepare our employees for retirement in both traditional pre-tax 401(k) plans and ROTH contribution plans.
