Health and Pharmacy Insurance
Medical and pharmaceutical coverage is provided by Priority Health. PACE Southeast Michigan offers both HMO and PPO medical benefit plans for employees and their families.

EyeMed has a network of thousands of independent and retail providers. Our plan covers an annual exam ($10 co-pay), plus generous allowances toward the cost of contacts and eyeglasses.

Dental Insurance
Our Delta Dental plan allows employees and their families the freedom to use any provider they choose. It also reduces out-of-pocket expenses from in-network PPO providers.

Disability Coverage
PACE Southeast Michigan provides short- and long-term disability benefits, plus basic life and accidental death or dismemberment insurance.
